Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey completed on May 3, 2023 found that Pocono Health System Visiting Nurse &; Hospice Care had corrected the deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C &; D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state licensure and Medicare certification complaint survey completed on March 21, 2023.
